Should you experience any issues with your vacuum following our service we offer free call outs within 14 days of the service date, after 14 days normal call out fees apply.
Any issues arising within the 14 days after our service that are not a result of our service will also incur normal call out fee.
Any purchases, parts, filters or refurbished machines are covered by our 14 day money back guarantee, they must be in the condition of which you received.
